Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Forklift Operator
Temp to Permanent full time position. Primary duties will include forklift driving (including the ability to load/unload flatbed, box and/or trailer trucks), ability to build crates (building skills); work with Project Managers and trucking companies to schedule deliveries; position, align and fit complete units following blueprints and layout specifications; ensure conformance or fit of work to crate/pallet via use of squares, rulers, measurement tools; move parts into position; lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must possess the ability to prioritize and organize work; use power tools and technology (i.e.: power saws, shears, workshop presses; gauges or inspection fixtures; data entry software (computer literate); prior skills in packaging /understand the impact of using various shipping resources .
Our ideal candidate will possess a High School / Vocational School diploma; and experience / on the job training. Drug screen and background check required.
Work four 10-hour days; Monday to Thursday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Pay rate from $11 to $13 per hour depending on experience.
