Back of House Operations Director

The Back of House Operations Director at Chick-fil-A Mesa Riverview is a diverse roll that includes oversight of facility and equipment maintenance as well as kitchen operations. This Director is responsible for overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area of the restaurant. Directors track food, stock inventory, lead in morale amongst the team and ensures that everyone is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques. This Director will also be trained and equipped to oversee and coordinate the maintenance needs of the restaurant as they occur.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee Product Quality and Customer experience in Back of House/Kitchen
• Manage Food Cost Control Systems 
• Inventory Management
• Coordinate Repairs
• Oversee Back of House Kitchen Team Members
• Conduct Continuous Improvement training with Back of House Team 
• Responsible for Back of House cleanliness
• Work with fellow team of Directors
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks 
• Assist Area Director team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Leadership Experience
• Some College Experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Food Handling Experience

Skill and Knowledge Requirements:

• Communication Skills
• Basic Food Safety Knowledge

Compensation:

• $18/Hour
• 35-40 Hours/Week
