About this job
Manager, Business Finance will drive analytics supporting periodic forecasting including process improvements. This position will also represent Treasury department in managing vendor relationships. The person in this key position will be expected to drive results by coordinating with other teams and developing analytics to support decision making
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead process improvements and analytics pertaining to periodic forecasts supporting company's cash flow forecasts
- Review merchandise disbursement forecasts developed by other teams to ensure accuracy/consistency, to enable Treasury's cash flow forecasts
- Work with the cash management team within Treasury and other team(s) within the company to optimize non-merchandise disbursements
- Assist the team in evaluating economics pertaining to vendor relationships, and guiding business-units in vendor related decision making
- Assist in other Treasury projects/models/presentations as needed by the team
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Level Degree
- 5-10 Years of related experience
- Ability to process large volumes of data and develop actionable insights
- Proactively review forecasting processes and recommend improvements
- Communicate findings and recommendations succinctly to enable decision making
- Coordinate with other teams within the company to ensure consistency in inputs needed to develop forecasts
- Comfortable with delivering results against tight deadlines
- Team player
- Data analysis/spreadsheets
- Communication skills
