The Lewisville office of Automation Personnel Services is looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector for a client in the Dallas area. Our client specializes in Moldmaking, Plastic Injection molding and Precision CNC productions. They are looking to fill a 1st shift position 6am-2pm paying up to $25/hour depending on experience. This is a direct hire opportunity, if the company decided to move forward with you, you would get hired on to their company and begin working to become eligible for benefits.
Qualifications include:
o Experience in precision plastic or metal components performing inspections is preferred
o 2+ years of PC-DMIS experience is required
o Experience with optical measurement equipment, hand tools, gages, pressure and force gage testing
o Training in blueprint reading and experience with inspection sampling techniques
o High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities include:
o Performs visual, dimensional and functional inspection and testing according to documented policies and procedures
o Records inspection and test data as prescribed by written instructions and procedures
o Documents non-conformances in Non-Conforming Material Review System
o Participates in GR&R studies as directed but engineers or technicians
o Assists in gathering, analyzing and trending of data
