Responsibilities:

• Certified Pharm tech in a call center setting

Skills

• Must have a current national pharmacy technician certification
• Experience in Managed care
• At least 1- 2 years pharmacy technician experience
• Experience working in a pharmacy call center preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication; staff will be interacting with prescribing providers and their offices
• Phone etiquette
• Must have strong computer skills; will be required to be able to navigate multiple computer applications as well as general Microsoft products, e.g. word, outlook and instance messenger
• National certification are required

• Hours: Full Time
• Pay: $ 14.00
• Employment Type: Contract
