Smoothie King is the nation's oldest retailer of nutritional smoothies, vitamins, and nutritional supplements. Currently, Smoothie King is seeking Team Members.

Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving up our delicious, all-natural, energizing smoothies as well as consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right vitamins and nutritional supplements to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Qualifications:

• Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Food Service experience preferred but not required
• Commission Sales experience helpful
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
• Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
• Employee must be able to tolerate food allergens
• Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
• Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
• Ensure timely completion of the Daily Checklist throughout the shift
• Open, complete shift change, and close the location per Smoothie King’s standards
• Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members
• Achieve goals set forth by the Manager, and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals
• Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail
• Must have the ability to suggestively sell
• Must be punctual
• Must be available to work various shifts per week including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to constantly operate a blender and POS cashier system.
• Must be able to regularly move boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store.
• Must be able to constantly position self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts. 
• Must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
• Must be able to work various shifts per week, including nights and weekends. Our hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must agree to a criminal background check. Those with felony convictions will not be considered due to the nature of this position.
