Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. Must be flexible to come in on the weekend if needed.

- MUST have e-commerce industry experience
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to streamline processes and increase department efficiency
- Basic proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
- Will be responsible for overseeing a small staff of customer service representatives
- In charge of monitoring employee performance
