E-Commerce Customer Service Supervisor

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. Must be flexible to come in on the weekend if needed.

Requirements:
  • MUST have e-commerce industry experience
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Proven ability to streamline processes and increase department efficiency
  • Basic proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
Responsibilities:
  • Will be responsible for overseeing a small staff of customer service representatives
  • In charge of monitoring employee performance
  • Responsible for creating employee shift schedules
  • Implementing new ideas and processes to streamline efficiency and performance
Salary is contingent upon experience
