PURPOSE
This position will work cross-functionally with the supply chain, merchandising, marketing, domestic logistics, distribution operations, inventory management and retail operations teams. The International Logistics Analyst will partner with product vendors and logistics service providers to identify, analyze and implement international supply chain solutions that will reduce cost out and improve service level.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
? Establish and execute exception management process to monitor the flow of international PO's
? Identify and implement supply chain improvement projects focusing on both cost and service
? Provide analytical support for Director of International Logistics and SVP of Supply Chain with various supply chain projects
? Manage and recommend revisions to ensure continuous process improvement in service provider SOPs and overall international logistics process and product flow
? Design and build various tools to help manage and provide visibility to the international supply chain including but not limited carrier allocation, PO visibility, total cost and cost variance tracking.
? Partner with the Information Technology team to ensure new tools will have the proper platform

? Develop and implement a performance scorecard to ensure on-going management of transportation service providers
? Analyze freight costs and market factors to ensure optimal costs in the supply chain
? Collaborate with the Director of International Logistics and SVP of Supply Chain to revise international freight and service provider procurement strategy to ensure a high service level at the optimal cost

Job Requirements

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration
? Two years of experience in a retail or logistics environment (Preferably both)
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel & Access)
? Proven track record in developing and implementing supply chain improvement processes
? Possess excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
? Must be detail oriented and highly organized
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
? Must be self-motivated and work well in a rapidly changing environment
? Must pass pre-employment background check

WORKING CONDITIONS (TRAVEL, HOURS, ENVIRONMENT)
? This position is salaried, knowing it may include hours which exceed eight hours in a day or forty hours in a week
? Limited travel required including air and car travel
? While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work - Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
