Rapidly growing Flooring Installation Service Company in Passaic, NJ is seeking a high energy, motivated Flooring Technical Expert that can troubleshoot issues, motivate technicians, insure install production and virtually manage flooring installation projects daily.
From an Office Environment (this is not a field position), this highly knowledgeable production manager will be well-versed in all aspects of wood, laminate, ceramic and vinyl product installations (carpet is a plus). If you enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are a self -proclaimed problem solver, then this job is for you!
The successful candidate will coordinate the many details of hard surface flooring installations, working closely with flooring technicians, installation contractors and customers.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results, providing excellent customer service, facilitating timely resolutions to customer issues and must demonstrate strong communication skills. This individual will possess broad and deep knowledge of flooring installation techniques and industry standards, and must be able to share this knowledge and ensure it is applied properly by other team members. A minimum of 5 years of installation and flooring experience required as well as 3 years in a retail and/or office-call center environment.
