The 13th Floor Haunted House is looking for energetic individuals to be apart of our spectacular team: producing the ultimate, live-entertainment experience.

Job Summary

Responsible for various aspects of Guest Experience prior to entering the haunted house.
Responsibilities

    Direct guests to the appropriate lines

    Scan / Take Tickets

    Operate the Company photo system

    Work the front doors of the haunted houses

    Answer guests FAQs

    Issue instructions to guests at the direction of the Operations Team Leader and GM

    Identify problematic guests and situations before they enter the haunted house

    Dispose of trash and waste

    Enforce haunted house rules on the event grounds

Work Requirements

    Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with peers, managers, customers, vendors and others

    Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions

    Ability to write for completion of documentation and reporting requirements

    Ability to use a Windows PC

    Ability to work a varying schedule in terms of days and hours, as dictated by business needs

Physical Requirements

    Be able to stand and walk outside for up to 6 hours at a time

    Be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs

    Possess manual dexterity needed for operating ticket scanners, cameras and two-way radios
