Team Member

Our Team Members make it HAPPEN! Key responsibilities include greeting and advising our Guests on the blends that will help support their healthy lifestyles, ringing up orders, handling payment and thanking guests. You’ll also prepare orders, promote products, and maintain a clean, safe environment.  A starting point, Team Members have the opportunity for growth opportunities, and advancement, with a pathway to leadership positions.

Your Purpose:

• Deliver the ultimate Guest service experience.
• Able to concisely communicate details about Smoothie King Products and information to all Guests.
• Responsible for product and Guest service standards.
• Contribute to, and support, a positive, teamwork-focused, environment.

Your Background:

• Communicating with guests, teammates and managers in a positive manner.
• Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements
• Ability to keep the store clean and ability to follow food safety regulations.
• Desire to live the mission of living a healthy and active lifestyle.

• Constantly operates a blender and POS cashier system.
• Regularly moves boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store.
• Constantly positions self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
• Ability to be mobile in reach-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.
