We are searching for someone who is willing to learn and who will help create delicious, quality food for every customer that walks through our doors or serves up a plate of pulled pork at one of our catering events.
Responsibilities:
-Facilitate the needs of the catering service
-Serve as a point of contact with a positive attitude
-Receive and direct customer concerns to the Event Leader
-Set up catering orders following proper procedures for accuracy and timeliness
-Ensure every order is ready by the designated deadline (fifteen minutes early)
-Assist in various positions as needed before, during, and after the catering event
-Set up tables, serve guests, refill items, cut and store meat appropriately
-Load vehicles prior to the event; Unload and return catering items following the event
-Follow local motor vehicle laws, have a current driver's license, and be personally insured
-Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security
-Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Catering Coordinator, Catering Manager, and Event Lead Managers
-Requires reliable and predictable attendance.
The Catering Event Employee reports directly to the Catering Coordinator, Catering Manager, and the owners.
