Training Week: 2-3 per shift
Opening Parties: 2 per shift
Opening Week: 2 per shift
When Fully Trained: 1 per shift
Job Function:
- Must Have a Positive Attitude and a Desire to Work Well with Others
- Must Understand and Have a Sense of Urgency
- Review and Understand Prep List for Dishwasher
- Maintain a sanitized dish area by learning the sanitizer testing methods
- Restock clean air dried plates to the line, remove any dirty pans or plates and take to dish area for cleaning
- Maintain an Air-Dry Rotation to Prevent Pans from Being Stacked with Water on them
- Complete Prep Duties in a Timely Manner
- Assist the Kitchen Staff in Making Pizza Dough
- Learn Salad/Sandwich/Sautee during down time to be available for advancement
- Take out boxes, trash, and general cleaning throughout kitchen
- Use a Chef’s and Serrated knife
- Use a scale according to specifications
- Learn safety with use of all chemicals and how they are properly labeled
