We are NOW HIRING a Deli Manager for our store located in Somerville, Mass

What we are we looking for?

• PEOPLE WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT FOOD!!!!
• An eye for detail and ability to follow procedures
• Weekend availability a must
• Able to work a flex schedule
• Must have experience in Deli, Meat or Seafood with experience in leading a team

• A passion for customer service and the ability to communicate your love of food to customers; welcoming customers to our store, answering their questions and recommending products will be second nature to successful candidates
• A friendly, outgoing and engaging personality. We want to exceed customers’ expectations with the level of service we provide
• The ability to flex you skills into many different areas,  being able to prioritize your tasks so that you meet the needs of our customers and your Team
• The skills to work safely and adhere to process in  food and non-food areas; using defined safe working practices at all times and maintaining an organized working environment
• The aptitude to work well in a team fostering a great place to work and an AMAZING place to shop

• Prior experience with ordering and inventory control is required
