Job Summary
Starting pay for a full-time team member at 18 years old in this role is $15.00 per hour. Team members in good standing closing 5 nights a week start at $16/ hr. Most team members can reach their first raise within 30 days.
Open interviews for this position are held weekly at the restaurant on Mondays 2-6 PM and Thursdays between 9-11AM.
There are positions for both part-time and full-time candidates. Positions are available in both the morning and evening shifts
The Culinary Prep Team Member is responsible for the preparation for food and products including salads, wraps, fruit cups, etc. In addition, they assist in keeping our dish station clean and productive by loading and unloading dishes into the dishwasher during down times. The team member maintains general cleanliness in the kitchen with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of food safety.
This position requires ability to work daytime and evening hours.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting our standards
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic, and tidy, at all times
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Lead
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator
• Protect the interests of the Operator
