You Have…
- Solid experience in software engineering using multiple languages/frameworks
- Passion to deliver
- Great leadership characteristics to mentor other software engineers
- Drive and confidence to confirm and/or recommend current conventions
- Curiosity of open source frameworks/packages
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
