Business Operations Manager - Payment Operations - Full-time

A successful Business Operations Manager will have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) from a from a four-year College/technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills, team and employee development, capable of managing performance review and consultations as needed
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand and summarize complex material
• Demonstrates the ability to think strategically by anticipating future implications, identifying creative solutions to produce results, and understanding the long term impacts of decisions
• Intermediate-level skill and experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Access, Word and Outlook

The Business Operations Manager will lead the Payment Operations team within Billing and Credit. A successful candidate will have a strong focus on team and employee development, as well as the ability to manage multiple processes. Also, this candidate will work on various managerial functions, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

• Manage the Payment Operations team daily operations including hiring, performance evaluation, providing constructive feedback, and directing work flow
• Ability to engage team development and foster employee career growth
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert within all Payment Operations processes
• Develop reporting, provide significant milestones, and deliver results
• Improve operational inefficiencies that support company goals
