We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Account Specialist 3's for our Costco Team. These roles are fast-paced, and challenging positions that relies on the ability to think and react quickly, formulate creative solutions to pressing problems, and serve clients with dedication.

On a day-to-day basis here is what our Account Specialist 3's will be called to provide:

* Determines the best responses to moderately complex customer inquiries by choosing from predetermined alternatives.

* Minimizes operating loss through interpretation and adherence to banking rules within established guidelines.

* As required, escalates non-routine issues to appropriate levels.

* Works under general supervision and established procedures.

* May support a range of products/services.

* Applies detailed knowledge of a wide range of specialized administrative/technical skills; and most of the impact is related to the accuracy of tasks performed.

* Understands how duties relate/integrate with others in the team/unit.

Work schedule:

Week One: Tuesday to Saturday - Variety of Day Hours - Full-time

Week Two: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri - Variety of Day Hours - Full-time

Every other weekend will be a 3 day weekend off.

We find that in order to be successful in these roles Account Specialist 2's should have:

* MUST speak, read and write fluent Spanish

* High level of attention to detail.

* Judgment and decision making - Ability to follow procedures.

* Excellent written and verbal communications - Read and comprehend customer correspondence; utilize system prompts and preformatted letters; ability to create free form outgoing customer response letters.

* System/Industry Knowledge - Preferred credit card industry experience.

* Analytical/Financial - Math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using a desktop calculator.

* Data Entry - Enter data into preformatted spreadsheets.

* Must be able to analyze the most difficult cases dealing with financial transactions, payment reallocations, rewards points reallocation, etc.

* Ability to apply concepts and organize work - Follow structured procedures.

* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required.
