* Supervise the meal packing and warehouse staff to ensure efficient inventory management with minimal waste
* Deliver operational efficiencies including packing/warehouse labor and meal costs
* Support supervision of delivery drivers (split daily shift with City Lead)
* Support the daily interaction with nonprofit partners including customer service and orders
* Supporting hiring of packing and warehouse staff
* Ensure meal packing and warehouse staff are following all policies and procedures
* Manage final daily inventory and document any discrepancies with meal count in the system
* Report daily numbers, stories, and issues to the City Lead or Region Manager
Qualifications:
* Proven track record leading warehouse staff
* Track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience managing suppliers and inventory accurately and with minimal waste
* Experience with basic facilities management
* Preferred to have a Class B license or higher (e.g., Class A, CDL)
* Preferred to have forklift certification
* Strong relational, collaborative, and communication skills
* Willingness to embrace ambiguity and a dynamic environment
* Positive, highly-motivated, problem-solving attitude
* Detail orientation
* Effective time management and strong prioritization skills
* Willingness to accommodate a flexible schedule that varies with seasonal duties
* Functional PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
