Lead Teacher

Childtime Learning Center in Midlothian is Hiring Child Care Lead Teachers to join our 2510 Sailboat Drive location!

We are seeking Morning and Afternoon Teachers in our Pre-K and Preschool programs. Must have an Associate's Degree and 6+ months in a licensed center required.

We are also seeking School Age Teachers. Split Shift 6:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. & 2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Afternoon Shift 2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Morning Shift 6:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Must have 6+ months working child care experience.

• Create and maintain a fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
• Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
• Have countless advancement opportunities through our on-going training and expansive network of centers and brands.

We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of the precious children in our care as we are. We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• 6+ months experience working in a licensed childcare facility
• Coursework or a degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA
• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work
• Must be at least 18 years of age
