The Hampton Inn Novi/Commerce is looking to add to their all-star team! Our team strives on being able to provide our guests with the most upscale customer service and comfortable accommodations they come to expect!Room attendants promote a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:-Tidy up rooms-Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors-Vacuum clean carpets, rugs and draperies-Dust and polish furniture and fittings-Empty and clean trash containers-Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers-Wipe down glass surfaces-Make up beds and change linens as required-Distribute linen, towels and room supplies using wheeled carts or by hand-Restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies, laundry bag and slips-Check all appliances in rooms are in working order-Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout-Respond to guest queries and requests-Organize and restock cart at the end of the shift-Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms-Observe and report damage of hotel property
