Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent required
- Drug test and clean background required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute
- Strong negotiation skills including excellent LISTENING skills
- Results-oriented
- Genuine desire to learn and succeed
- Proficient on the computer
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking a plus
- Previous experience in collection or customer service work preferred
- Must enjoy helping others
- Strong work ethic and excellent attendance record
