Experienced hard worker with speed, exp. frying in open fryer, pressure fryers. Cooked to order fried foods, handling raw chicken, seasoning, cutting and brining. Cleaning, filtering and removing fry oil.Working in a fast paced fry station. Able to handle pressure and must be a multi tasker.Will be frying green tomatoes, okra, fries, fish, pork chops in addition to chicken. Ideal candidate is focused has speed and hard working.
