Assistant Kitchen Manager

The primary purpose of the Assistant Kitchen Department Manager is to assist the manager with the regular administrative and food preparation functions of the kitchen. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will work to plan and organize all kitchen processes maintaining high production, quality, consistency, safety and maximum efficiency.  The Assistant Kitchen Manager will work together with the Deli Manager/Catering Manager to coordinate menus and services provided by the Kitchen.
