Hiring Immediately - Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Automation Personnel Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a leading North American protective packaging corporation in the Carrollton area. A summary of the responsibilities of this position are to safely troubleshoot, maintain, install and repair production equipment and machines including blenders, extruder, inline converting equipment, winders, envelope machines, pouch machine sand off-line converting equipment, in addition to perform some general building maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent
Technical trades school a plus
Work experience and knowledge of electrical, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics circuitry, ac/dc drives with PLC EXPOSURE
Fabrication /welding experience
3+ years mechanical/industrial maintenance experience
A self-starter
Must possess the ability to clearly read and understand machine prints and schematics
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have own tools
Must have vehicle capable to retrieve equipment parts on an as needed basis
Good driving record
Manufacturing or plastic extrusion related experience preferred
Must present resume for submission to employer
Background Compliant and Drug testing required
