Assistant Manager: The Assistant Manager ensures that all Popeyes operational standards governing food preparation, service, sanitation, cleanliness, security, employee appearance, and conduct are adhered to. This requires supervising employees to prepare high-quality food, to provide customers with courteous, efficient service in clean, well-maintained surroundings. Two other important functions are soliciting customer feedback and resolving customer complaints. The Assistant Manager oversees shift procedures for opening, operating and closing restaurants. Shift Leader: The Lead for the company's locations will accurately and efficiently processes customer orders; assists the General and Assistant manager or Supervisor in supervising associates; maintains a friendly, efficient, and appealing environment for associates and customers; and assists in the day-to-day operations of the stores. Responsibilities also include welcoming all customers with a smile and friendly greeting; encouraging, through leadership and example, the highest level of sales and customer service performance by other associates; and assisting associates to maximize sales and customer service through coaching, counseling and mentoring; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. As a Crew Member, you will need to be skilled in serving each guest courteously and efficiently with a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. You will need to serve both drive-thru and walk-in customers on a computerized point of sale register, according to franchise standards. You will need to meet the franchise cleaning and stocking standards. This position requires good communication skills and good personal grooming habits.
