About this job
Responsible for the timely delivery of food and beverages to members by presenting menus, answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and service, writing orders, effectively and quickly entering orders into the Point of Sale System. Ensure that chits are presented correctly and in a timely manner to members and guests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Accountable for assigned opening and closing job duties as well as completion of daily tasks assigned including the set-up and breakdown of all rooms necessary for service i.e. cleaning, organizing and detailing of dining rooms and stations.
* Requires individual to be extremely courteous, cordial and polite to the members, guests and co-workers.
* Must provide uniform separates as needed, including non-slip, closed toe, black shoes, black socks, black pants, and belt. Other uniform separates may be required and will be the responsibility of the employee. On some occasions employee may need to perform other job duties that may require non-uniform attire not provided by the club. When scheduled and visible to the members and guests, employee must be neat and have well kept appearance (uniforms must be worn correctly).
* Position requires the individual to maintain flexible availability, will work weekends, double shifts and holidays.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE:
* Prior club service.
* Must be able to effectively and quickly enter orders into Point of Sale System.
* Must possess good written and excellent oral communications skills to interact with members, guests and employees.
* Should have basic understanding of food and beverage and culinary service.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Must be able spend long period of time on their feet, walking, standing, stooping and lifting/ carrying/ moving food trays, tables, chairs and furniture up to 50 pounds.
