Job Summary: Dayto day oversight of the Account Managers and Specialists

Essential Job Functions:

* OverseeIML Account Managers and Specialists

* Meetor exceed monthly metric goals as set by AVP and VP

* Maintaincustomer relationships and participate in high level customer meetings

* Overseeassigned account P&L reporting

* Interactwith customer and Sales to identify growth opportunities

* Leaddiscussions for assigned accounts during the Elite and Service Sensitivemeetings

* Driveservice enhancement by working with operational management and our railpartners

* Collaboratewith Customer Solutions to ensure accurate and complete on-boarding of newclients and lanes

* EnsureAccount Management team is communicating to our customers proactively,professionally and strategically

* Mentorand assist in the development of Account Management Directors

* Otherspecial projects and duties as assigned

* Bachelor'sdegree is preferred but not required

* Fiveor more years of operations and management experience, preferably in the intermodalsector, is preferred but not required

* Excellentoral communication, written communication and organizational skills, attentionto detail, as well as proven analytical ability

* Mustpossess leadership skills and have the ability to communicate effectively withall levels of personnel, customers and vendors

* Basicknowledge of accounting procedures preferred but not required

* Proficiencywith MS Office software

* Abilityto manage employees and assist in their progression

* Occasionaltravel will be required
