About this job

I am a director of operations for Pizza Hut. I am looking for a couple leaders to add to my team to help me better my operations. Interested in leading a team of +25 team members; overseeing 4+ managers and running a million dollar business?? I am willing to train the right person with potential. I believe in supporting my managers, growing their career and supporting their goals. It's a two way street. People is my business. We are a challenging business.

We are a very large organization. (Pizza Hut; Taco Bell and KFC's) We offer competitive pay, bonus plan, medical, dental, vision, STD, 401k, vacation (up to 4 weeks), sick time and college access. We have a great culture and our customers are world class. Requirements: Open availability; 50 hour work week; reliable transportation and leadership skill and ability to coach effectively.
