The BANQUET Server is responsible for making the function space visually appealing and serving the guests attending the event; this may include linen and table setting, food station set up and design, and food and beverage service. Ensures that the guest experience is pleasant in regards to atmosphere, service and quality of food and beverage, and maintains a safe and sanitary environment by performing the following duties: * Reading and following all directions in the BEO (Banquet Event Order) * Ensures the flow and proper execution of all banquet functions from beginning to end* Ensures that tables are set correctly, stations are stocked, and that the event space is ready in the appropriate amount of time in advance to the start of the event * Greets guests and responds to requests in a friendly and courteous manner* Serves the food and/or beverages to guest satisfaction and to the expectations of the Banquet Manager or Captain * Promptly removes dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function* Replenish beverages as necessary, and check with guests for overall satisfaction* Clears tables, removes all linens and service supplies at the end of the function * Cleans and resets or turn the event space for the next function as needed * Other duties as assigned

Shows guests such a marvelous time they will want to return again and again. Greets guests to the Restaurant and assures quality service and pleasant guest experience by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: * Welcomes and greets guests. Makes them feel comfortable and assures excellent service. * Acts as the food and wine tour guide and sales ambassador to guests.* Introduce yourself and assure guests that you will personally take care of them. * Informs guests of specials and menu changes. * Answers questions and makes recommendations that you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy. * Possesses knowledge to correctly answer questions about food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.* Listens to patrons and takes food and drink orders in a prompt, efficient and professional manner. * Inputs orders accurately into Point of Sales System which relays orders to the kitchen and bar. * Garnishes and decorates dishes as needed prior to serving. * Delivers food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter. * Serves patrons and checks on their satisfaction. Anticipates and responds to their needs.* Clears plates and empty glasses at conclusion of each course and as drinks are consumed. Refreshes beverages as needed.
