Job Title: Customer Service Representative

 

Location: East Hartford, CT

 

Pay rate: $10.10+

 

Shift Type: 1st Shift

 

Weekly Schedule: 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday

 

Total Hours per Week: 40

 

Job Description: Customer-oriented service representative that will be reliable, provide product/services information and can resolve problems with accuracy and efficiency.

 

ESSENTIALS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Can multitask through phone calls and sending emails.
  • Manage a fast pace environment.
  • Patient with handling complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Capable of tracking records of customer contacts, process customers’ accounts and file documents.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have strong active listening skills as well as phone contact handling skills.
  • Customer oriented and positive throughout the day.
  • Able to interact with customers on a personable level.
  • Has excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Responsible for meeting deadlines and can adapt to different types of characters.

 

Education: High School or Equivalent
