We are proud to be a slice of the communities we serve, which is why we create genuine relationships with our guests and give back through our Raise Some Dough fundraising program.JOBS FOR PEOPLE PLEASERS & RELATIONSHIP SEEKERS- Commander of First Impression (aka Cashier/Front Counter) - $9/hr + Tips + Free Pizza & Tasty Goods- Deliverer of Happiness (aka Delivery Drivers) - $8/hr + Tips + Free Pizza & Tasty GoodsJOBS FOR PROCESS & PROCEDURE LOVERS- Head Multi-tasker & Prep Master (aka Prep & Back of House) - $9/hr + Tips + Free Pizza & Tasty Goods- Pie Maker Extraordinaire (aka Cooks) - $10/hr + Tips + Free Pizza & Tasty GoodsJOBS FOR DELEGATORS & MOTIVATORS- Co-Orchestrator of Greatness (aka Assistant Managers) - To be determined based on experience - Up to $15/hr + Tips + Free Pizza & Tasty GoodsQualifications:- 18 years of age- Previous restaurant experience preferred.- Positive, energetic attitude.- Team oriented mind-frame and ability to work well with others.- Prideful work ethic and quality assurance.- Good hygiene.- Ability to work in a high-paced, occasionally, stressful environment.- Ability to follow direction and highly coachable.- Legendary customer service and communication skills.- Strong focus on the importance of safety and cleanliness.- Able to stand for up to 8 hours.- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.- Must be punctual, reliable, honest & responsible.- Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends & around the holidays- Must have valid ID, Social Security card or Resident Alien card. Also a valid driver'slicense, car insurance, and clean driving background (for delivery drivers).- Must provide Food Handlers Certificate within first week of being hired- Must have reliable transportation- Proficient computer skills.
