Kneaders Bakery & Café is a fast-casual restaurant that serves a variety of pastries, soups, sandwiches, and scratch-made bread. We are looking for someone who is hard-working that will create and serve up each of our freshly made menu items with a smile. Are you ready to join our Kneaders family?
The Head Artisan Baker prepares and creates company products and is responsible for managing the baking process from start to finish. The head artisan baker must know and follow established recipes to achieve brand consistency and quality standards set by the company. This includes maintaining a sanitary work area during and after work processes are fulfilled, following safety requirements, measuring, mixing, pouring or shaping dough, observing proper cook temperatures and times, and applying proper toppings or packaging to finished product. This position requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work quickly and well under pressure. This position requires reliable and predicable attendance. This position is part of the Back of House team, reports directly to the Executive Artisan Baker and indirectly to the general manager of the store.
