Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Data Entry employee for a contract opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT with our partner a contractor supply chain stocking company that specializes in cabinetry and flooring, doors and windows, lumber, drywall and hardware products.

Job Duties

  • Enter customers orders within the company's software
  • Responsible for accurate , efficient , and regular retrieval of orders processed
  • Assist with sales related administrative and provide excellent customer service
  • Response to requests , scheduling of deliveries ,  installation , and conduct customer follow ups
  • Proactively identifying customer products and delivery issues

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma /GED
  • Attention to details
  • Previous Customer Service skills preferred
