Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Data Entry employee for a contract opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT with our partner a contractor supply chain stocking company that specializes in cabinetry and flooring, doors and windows, lumber, drywall and hardware products.
Job Duties
- Enter customers orders within the company's software
- Responsible for accurate , efficient , and regular retrieval of orders processed
- Assist with sales related administrative and provide excellent customer service
- Response to requests , scheduling of deliveries , installation , and conduct customer follow ups
- Proactively identifying customer products and delivery issues
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma /GED
- Attention to details
- Previous Customer Service skills preferred
