Job Description
• Requires specific knowledge of general heat treat requirements for titanium, nickel based alloys, and stainless steels.
• Use proper heat treat scheduling to ensure proper sequence for product through heat-treating cycles.
• Load and unload furnaces.
• Responsible for heat-treat and process furnace accuracy.
• Must be familiar with the operation, adjustment and routine maintenance of all furnace controllers.
• Work with the computer to analyze the furnace charting program data being generated by each furnace
Complete all required paperwork including, but not limited to, furnace maps, furnace charts, work orders and travelers, maintaining all required trace ability standards
Hours: 7:00am to 3:30 pm
Pay rate - $12 -$15 based on experience
