Telephone Interviewer

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Telephone Interviewer for a contract opportunity in Durham, NC. This is a great opportunity to work with our partner, who contributes significantly to improving public health around the world. This position pays $11.50 per hour.

As a Telephone Interviewer, you will...

• Call mining companies on behalf of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH)
• Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship in an effort to gain cooperation

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to work August 10th - August 11th and attend training August 14th - August 15th.
• Availability to work 9:00 am - 5:30 pm or 11:00am -7:00 pm with the availability to switch to 9:00 am - 5:30 pm after 4 weeks.
• Strong expertise in handling aversion and conversion techniques
• Good negotiating skills/experience, persistence and the ability to navigate organizations
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Prior experience where paying close attention to detail was required

• Project Duration: August 10th - October 20th, 2017
• Daytime shift hours Monday - Friday (9:00 am to 5:30 pm and 11:00 am - 7:00 pm)
