PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
This position will lead mobile, eCommerce, and restaurant technology marketing initiatives; this position is also responsible for representing marketing on all cross-functional guest-facing technology initiatives
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project leadership -- lead marketing work streams on guest-facing technology initiatives; provide thought leadership and marketing expertise
2. Agency relationship -- represent marketing as the primary contact to digital agencies and other technology partners
3. Channel responsibility -- provide day-to-day oversight for a subset of mobile and digital channels including the Arby's mobile application, Arby's mobile ordering website, and in-restaurant guest-facing technologies (e.g., ordering kiosks)
4. Insight -- understand digital and mobile industry trends
 
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
Required Minimum: Bachelor's degree
 
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
* Experience with launching and managing mobile applications and eCommerce channels
* Experience managing marketing technology initiatives
* Experience managing an agency relationship
 
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results
* Conscientious about meeting project deadlines
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor
* Passion for the restaurant industry and desire to train in our restaurants to learn operations. A strong desire to help shape the future at Arby's
* Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision
* Availability to travel up to 25%
