Job Purpose Statement:
- To keep Manor House, Nathan Hall, surrounding areas, and related equipment properly maintained and in good repair.
Job Functions:
- Assist in routine maintenance and make necessary repairs on all building facilities.
- Assist in maintaining and repairing all food equipment.
- Assist with set up for banquets as needed.
- Perform routine service on Rose Hill truck, van and golf cart.
- Have a general knowledge and willingness to learn various technical skills such as plumbing,
- painting, electrical, and carpentry.
- Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and staff.
- Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism at all times.
- Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviours which best demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc.as a professional in every aspect of performance.
