Job Purpose Statement:

  • To assist the General Manager and management staff in the planning, coordination, communication and administrative functions of Rose Hill Conference and Bouleh! Restaurant.

Job Functions:

  • Act as a liaison to General Manager through daily communications of requests and questions from staff (Rose Hill Management, Executive Chef, and Maintenance). Manage and distribute information from GM back to staff as requested.
  • Prepare, process and code invoices for approval by General Manager to include daily bank deposit recap forms, copies of deposit receipts, properly logged customer payments and deposits that are reconciled to Accounting totals.
  • Request checks for petty cash and cash bars, maintain balances of both areas.
  • Proof communications/printed materials as requested to include grammar, spelling and content per subject matter.
  • Coordinate special items needed for functions through various resources, monitoring pricing of items and ensure all billing is properly processed.
  • Review/verify “closing check list” per event completed by the management sff; share information with General Manager of any discrepancies or functions not completed
  • Update all scheduled events and send copies to Mayo Boddie Sr., Mayo Boddie, Jr., Bill Boddie, Mike Boddie, BNE Executive Assistant, Sporting Clays Management and Accounting.
  • Be knowledable of each management staff member’s role and how to provide support as needed within established work schedule.
  • Assist in the coordination of historic tours and conduct tours as requested for church, civic groups, etc.
  • Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of performance.
