We provide customer solutions, and have dedicated product and channel sales and marketing teams.
We are looking for a dynamic Associate MarketingManager to join our team in Bloomington, MN. This position will focus on our Asian, Snacking, and Desserts product categories and work cross-functionally to support the strategy for profitable growth of existing and emerging product categories, the annual planning process, and product innovation/renovation in support of channel needs.
- Participate in creating business plans and setting marketing strategy for the product marketing team, including sales, profit, and budget forecasts, as well as product, promotion, pricing, distribution, and market development strategies and tactics.
- Lead cross-functional teams in development of new products and improving existing products.
- Monitor trends and use available market research to determine new product and service needs, to create consultative selling solutions, and to recommend marketing communication campaigns.
- Gather information on competitors’ pricing, products and methods of marketing and distribution.
- Collaborate with sales team and customers to evaluate and increase the effectiveness of current business, new products, and promotional efforts.
- Analyze and investigate variances between actual and projected revenue and EBIT.
- Assist with preparation and delivery of training for internal stakeholders.
Education: MBA completed or in last semester of study and able to work full time while finishing MBA program.
Years of Related Experience: Typically has a minimum 4 years related experience.
