Reports to:  Retail Warehouse Manager

Pay Range:  TBD

Shift/Hours Required:  All home baseball games/major events

Age Requirement (if applic):  18 years of Age

 

Position SUMMARY: To assist the Retail Department under the guidance of the Retail Warehouse Manager. Duties will include but not limited to back of the house operations, receiving, distribution of product, customer service, inventory.

 

Essential Functions:

• Counting, tagging, verifying merchandise to purchase orders
• Distribute product to permanent and portable locations
• Processes appropriate transfers of product within retail software system
• Assists with inventory duties as assigned
• Completes departmental paperwork and filing as needed
• Follow company GuestPath Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards
• Answers phone and takes messages, as needed

·         Reports to work scheduled events on a timely basis

·         Performs other duties as assigned

 

Education & Experience:

• Basic computer skills and experience with variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
• Position requires poise, tact and diplomacy
• Basic computer skills
• Organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages

Physical Requirements:

• Regular bending, reaching, climbing on step stool, lifting
• Regular lifting and carrying, up to 70 lbs
• Occasional pulling/pushing of carts
• Standing for long periods of time

 

 

Environmental Working Conditions:

• Noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
• Frequent exposure to, and utilization of, computer
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season
