Front Team Members will be trained in three areas: Front Counter, Drive Thru, and Hospitality Center.

General Requirements:

  • Full Time/Part Time
  • Age – 16 or older
  • Hours – Night time team members have shifts ranging from 4 to 9 hours. Starting times range from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and ending from 10 PM to 11:30 PM. These shifts are available Monday through Saturday.
  • Desire to work in a fast and fun environment
  • Saturday availability is a requirement
  • No Experience Necessary

  • Grand Opening Certified Trainer – Grand Opening Trainers get the awesome opportunity of traveling to grand openings all across the country to help as new stores get their feet wet. They teach standards and culture to the next generation of Chick-fil-A team members.
  • Restaurant Leader – Restaurant Leaders ensure the operations of the store are running correctly. They lead in ensuring Chick-fil-A standards are being met and guest service is of the highest quality.
