This position will be responsible for total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of guests' activity reservations, fully acquainted with local points of interests. This position will communicate with guests and employees both verbally and in writing to answer questions, and provide clear direction in advising and instructing staff in resort details.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Implementing the flow of information to guests about hotel services, features and room amenities, alongside answering quesitons, giving directions and making detailed reservations and recommendations
• Ensure proper expiditing of guest, group and VIP amenities between the concierge staff, the restaurant staff and the kitchen staff.
• Respond to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, directions to locate attractions and restaurants, meeting space, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc.
• Develop strong relationships with departments and outside vendors
• Handle confidential and guest information with the highest degree of integrity
• Ensure that the Concierge desk and area is kept clean

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous guest service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
• Ability to read and respond to complex correspondence. Ability to effectively present detailed information to guests and employees.
• English proficiency
