About this job

The Training Directors at Chick-fil-A University at Mill and Mesa Riverview ensure that every
team member in the Restaurant is trained and certified in the training modules
necessary for them to be operationally excellent at their specific job
within the restaurant. The Training Director is also responsible for
maintaining the training and development structure, curricula, and
training tools.

You will be working both directly and indirectly with the Area Director of
Trainingto help oversee and execute in-store training for new and current
team members. Your responsibilities are divided between training and
working in the restaurant assisting with shifts. Each week your
schedule will vary based on the needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a passion for
teaching. This person must be skilled in time management, self-directed and
highly organized. This person must have basic computer skill and must
master all knowledge and skills of every position in the Restaurant except
for management and office work. The Training Director is committed to
performing all tasks using official, approved Chick-fil-A procedures.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:


· Training New Team members to do their specific tasks within the
restaurant through hands-on training/coaching, utilizing Chick-fil-A
trainingmaterials, and organizing/leading training sessions.

· Reporting directly to the Area Director of Training through
meetings, emails, etc. to discuss training updates and progress.

· Leading or assisting with shifts in the restaurant.

· Developing and leading your own training team.

· Instructing Lead Trainers on all new CFA procedures and updates.

· Training all Team Members in the event of a new product rollout.

· Maintaining store quality by holding employees accountable to
systems and procedures within the restaurant.

· Serving guests in the restaurant with a sense of urgency while
showing them honor, dignity, and respect.

· Helping to maintain a safe, clean, organized, and proficient
environment for our guests and our team by following and enforcing all
Chick-fil-A and store procedures.

· Uniform Ordering and Uniform Inventory Management

· Continually adjust training procedures in the restaurant to meet
overall restaurant goals for staffing, team member retention, restaurant
operational evaluations, and various other performance metrics.

· Reinforcing critical components of Employee Handbook.

· Maintaining & developing training curricula for all Team Member job
functions.

You must be a minimum age of 18+ years old to apply for this job. You must
be available to work at least 5 days per week and available to work most
Saturdays.
