Job Description:
Our Bar Manager embodies the tenets and philosophy of our company by supporting a beverage program with gracious sensibility and warm, professional hospitality. Possess an entertaining approach to transform guest into fans. A personal dedication to the guest experience, and the ability to build and sustain relationships with guests and co-workers alike. Should have four years of experience in Richmond restaurants or hotel.
Requirements for Consideration:
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Need open availability.
• A gifted and talented mixologist.
• Assist with managing the day-to-day workings of the bar, sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
