About this job
The head server is responsible for selling and serving food and drinks in a professional manner and maintaining cleanliness within the restaurant. Head servers will also be responsible for to go orders, bar orders, and keeping the serving staff on task.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be certified in TIPS training.
Additional Information
* Placing walk in orders and phone orders
* Preparing all drinks at the bar
* Taking dine in orders at the bar
* Aid in training new serving staff
* Assist with marketing events
* Maintain and update side work
* Train in other roles
