-Being a role model for the staff.
-Assisting in wine/bar inventory.
-Communicating between FOH and BOH .

Qualifications:
-Ideally looking for someone who is genuine in nature, professional, and posses a positive attitude.
-Looking for someone willing to learn.
-5+ years of restaurant experience.
-Management experience preferred.
