Fitness Professional Job Description

Fitness Professional Requirements:

            To become a Fitness Professional for Snap Fitness you must possess the following:

                        Degree in related field and/or,

                        Certification from a nationally accredited organization and/or,

                        Experience with future certification testing scheduled

To become a Fitness Professional for Snap Fitness you must possess the ability to:

                        Conduct assessments according to Snap Fitness Personal Training Program

                        Comprehend basic assessment protocol and test results

Prescribe adequate exercise programs based upon results and goals of prospect

Manage documents, software and processes necessary to operate a PT program

Continue education to maintain a high level of competency

Implement marketing strategies to continually generate leads

Fitness Professional’s Commitment:

Credentials, experience, and qualifications on the attached resume are correct and accurate

Conduct yourself in a professional manner and abide by Snap Fitness policies

Obtain and maintain a commercial general liability insurance policy:

• Comprehensive general liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate.
• $100,000 defense cost reimbursement for abuse and molestation.
• Waiver of insurer’s right of subrogation against the Snap Fitness club.
• Name Snap Fitness as an additional insured.
• Provide that the policy cannot be terminated, cancelled, altered or allowed to expire without giving Snap Fitness at least 30 days advance written notice.

Communicate regularly with the Club and its designated representatives and provide Club with periodic reports your activities

Use the Snap Fitness payment collection and tracking program

Provide Personal Fitness Consultation (PFC) and/or Fast Start Equipment Orientations (FSEO)   

Establish hours for Snap Fitness to schedule member PFC’s  and FSEO’s

Respect Snap Fitness’s member relationships and not solicit members for outside services

Personal Training Services: 

Offer personal training services to members of Snap Fitness only at the facility unless authorized by Snap Fitness 

Training will be conducted in a manner not to interfere with the use of the facility by other members

You may not bring non-members into Snap without express authorization of Snap Fitness
