Expo - Full-time / Part-time

An expo is responsible for preparing food in a dine in restaurant. Expos are responsible for working with Front of House staff to ensure orders go out correctly. Expos are also responsible for maintaining a clean kitchen in the restaurant.

Job Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry throughout restaurant.

* Assisting in the final preparation of the dishes

* Communicating with customers
* Taking orders to the appropriate table
* Ability to carry a heavy tray through the restaurant
* Transfer important information between wait staff and the kitchen (e.g. customer requests)
