Greet guests and make them feel welcome.
Make every child feel special - hand out coloring sheets and rayons
Positive upbeat attitude - smile, be friendly - outstanding appearance
Pour coffee, drink refills throughout the day
Talk with guests about the VOICE, ask them to give highly satisfied
Guest satisfaction - indentify and problem and take care of it
Take guest trays and throw away the trash
Open doors whenever possible
Assist moms with highchairs and their tray as needed
Assist with restaurant promotions and events
